Eligibility Criteria for NCCIA Jobs 2026

Sub Inspector (BS-14)

Candidates must hold a second class or Grade C bachelor degree, post intermediate associate degree, or a four year BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, Telecom or Electrical Engineering, or Data Science from a university recognized by HEC. Equivalent qualifications in the same field are also acceptable.

Technical Assistant (BS-14)

The qualification requirement is the same as Sub Inspector, that is a second class bachelor degree or BS four years in a related technical field from an HEC recognized university. In addition, candidates must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Stenotypist (BS-14)

Candidates should have passed Intermediate and must have shorthand speed of 80 words per minute along with typing speed of 40 words per minute. Basic computer literacy is compulsory for this post.

Upper Division Clerk (BS-11)

Intermediate qualification is required. Selected candidates will have to complete a 3 week IT Basic Training Course, including MS Office, conducted by the National Information Technology Board within one year of joining.

Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-09)

Candidates must have a second class or Grade C bachelor degree, that is BA, BS, or a post intermediate associate degree, from a university recognized by HEC.

Constable (BS-05)

Matriculation in second class from a recognized board is required for this post.

Constable Driver (BS-05)

Candidates need Matriculation second class from a recognized board along with a valid motorcycle and LTV (light transport vehicle) license issued by any licensing authority in Pakistan. They should also be capable of driving cars and light vehicles and have basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

The age limit for all seven posts is between 18 and 25 years, and candidates must meet the qualification and age requirement on the closing date, that is 07 September 2026.

Physical Standards for NCCIA Jobs 2026
