- You have 5+ Years of Working experience in field of owned and paid media, CRM & Base Marketing for E-Commerce or Telecom business.
- You are familiar with your loyalty, retention program and customer lifecycle concepts.
- you have proven experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools, like Braze, Twilio, products up.
- You are data driven, Based toward decision making based on data and highly proficiency with Excel and using it to Configure, analyse and present data.
- you have working knowledge with SQL,HTML, XML, and general office software.
